- Server Manager – Remote Desktop Services: Lists all the terminal servers that are in use.
- Shared drive “Support” \\support\data\ : various info and documents – especially useful is the “kunder” folder, various notes/documentation.
- Active Directory Users and Computers: Self-explanatory, most users are under “All Company Users” -> “All TS Users” and then the customer name.
- ASG Remote Desktop: Allows easy use of multiple RDP connections to all windows servers.
